介绍:

安多华锐部落的后代；拥有甜美、干净、美轮美奂的歌声；一口极其标准的安多藏语；笑声爽朗，率真朴实；个性坚韧，对音乐执着追求；天生的歌者，音乐的精灵，她就是我们大家熟悉的藏族青年歌手仁增卓玛。

华热.仁增卓玛是近几年藏区歌坛崭露头角的青年歌手。仁增卓玛从小喜欢唱民歌,心怀梦想的她走出大山,考入青海艺校学习歌唱艺术。毕业后，仁增卓玛的从艺之路坎坷，但她执着于艺术的热情始终不渝。在青海艺校李宁生老师和藏族著名作曲家更嘎才旦的悉心指导下，仁增卓玛得到了较为系统的专业训练。

天生的好嗓子，加上对艺术理想的不懈追求，仁增卓玛逐渐走出自己的艺术之路。2001年迄今她参加省内外各类文艺演出50余场，并且多次参加中央电视台、青海电视台、青海藏语电视、青海藏语广播等举办的专场演出及青海电视台藏历新年文艺晚会；先后获得第11届全国青年歌手电视大赛青海赛区一等奖、全国农村青年歌手大赛二等奖、全国“希望之星”大赛青海赛区二等奖、大型歌舞剧《唐蕃古道》独唱金等奖项。

在演艺事业中，仁增卓玛从民族民间土壤中汲取艺术养分，坚持母语演唱。坊间评论她的演唱既有民族民间的淳厚韵味，又能够从缤纷的潮流中披沙拣金创新发展，形成个人风格，深得广大藏语歌曲受众的欢迎。Rigzin Dolma with her mother on the stage

    Dear Rigzin Dolma ,
    I was born and grown up in Exile. I have never seen my forefather’s land. The land where my Mom and Dad had their childhood memories.
    Somehow, i am deeply touch with your songs and hope you all singers in Tibet will bring a light in the gloomy life of our brothers and sisters.
    Keep singing and hope one day i will see you … singing in front of our great potala with audiences of our Tibetan people.

    you are the true vocalist of tibet, most of your songs with significantly profound lyrics. you are the spirit of Tibet and generate more souls of Tibe.your aspiration, your courage, your devotion is absolutely an excellent example for us all. i am originally from Kansu, kanna state which is near the place where you raised up i gust. i am currently living in the UK as a Teacher,i thank you behalf of tens of thousands of Tibetan people abroad like me. keep ahead in the career of singing your innermost words,i hope we can get together soon in Tibet one day and celebrate the dreams we have commonly had for Tibetan-our homeland.
